  • Yes, the program is free of cost to all participants.

  • Each cohort will last between 4 and 8 weeks.

  • No, all business types are eligible to participate in the program.

  • No, only for-profit businesses are eligible to participate in the program.

  • Yes, aspiring entrepreneurs are eligible to apply to the program. Please note that in order to complete the program satisfactorily you must register your business by the end of the program.

  • No, only San Francisco residents can participate in the program.

  • The Black Millionaire Development Program uses the Federal Department of Housing & Urban Development's Area Median Income (AMI) for San Francisco County to determine whether applicants meet the low-to-moderate income eligibility requirement for the program.

  • To complete the program satisfactorily, participants must not miss more than one weekly class and must complete 90% of the assignments given by instructors.
